What are the registration tiers?
We want our summit to make a difference for our attendees – no matter where they are in their business life or where their professional journey has led them. And in that spirit, we have registration tiers with different registration rates, aimed at accommodating an array of attendee types. Be sure to register for our summit in your appropriate registration tier. Our event team will be vetting all attendees in order to make sure they have made the appropriate and correct tier selection.

Are there registration discounts?
We highly recommend you register sooner than later. Our "Early Bird" and “Advance” rates are your best opportunity to save on event registration. All information is contained above on this page in the "REGISTRATION TIERS & RATES" section. When our "Early Bird" and “Advance” registration rates expire, "Standard" priced registration rates begin. All on site registrations will be charged "Late" registration rates. So don’t put off registering! Take advantage of our "Early Bird" and "Advance" registration rates before they expire and register today!
What is the registration cancellation policy?
Any registrant wishing to cancel their booking must notify Native American Financial Services Association in writing to Native American Financial Services Association, Attn: NFS Cancellations, 444 North Capitol Street NW, Ste. 840, Washington, DC 20001 or via email to events@NativeFinance.org to confirm this. Cancellation charges will apply as follows:
- Cancellations on or before October 10, 2025: $150.00 cancellation fee plus any bank or credit card fees incurred by Native American Financial Services Association
- Cancellations between October 11, 2025 and November 18, 2025: 50% of the registrant fee plus any bank or credit card fees incurred by Native American Financial Services Association
- Cancellations after November 18, 2025: 100% of the registrant fee, however registrant may assign a substitute to attend in their place. Please see policy further below regarding “Substitutions”.
- Non-arrivals are liable for 100% of the registrant fee
In the unlikely event of the program being cancelled by the Native American Financial Services Association, a full refund will be made. Liability will be limited to the amount of the fee paid by the registrant and there will not be any additional liability to Native American Financial Services Association, its event hosts, its sponsors, its officers, its directors, its agents, partners, employees, its representatives, assigns or any other individual associated with the event organization.
In the event that the conference cannot be held or is postponed due to events beyond the control of the conference organizers (force majeure) or due to events which are not attributable to wrongful intent or gross negligence of the conference organizers, liability will be limited to the amount of the fee paid by the registrant and there will not be any additional liability to Native American Financial Services Association, its event hosts, its sponsors, its officers, its directors, its agents, partners, employees, its representatives, assigns or any other individual associated with the event organization. Under these circumstances, the conference organizers reserve the right to refund the fees paid minus a 25% admin fee plus any bank transfer fee incurred.
Are registration substitutions allowed?
Registrant substitutions may be made at any time. If you wish to substitute a registrant, you must notify Native American Financial Services Association in writing to Native American Financial Services Association, Attn: NFS Event Substitution, 444 North Capitol Street NW, Ste. 840, Washington, DC 20001 or email events@NativeFinance.org to confirm the substitution at the earliest opportunity and at least 24 hours before the event begins.
Are meals included with the full conference registration?
All registrations include full access to the Native Finance Summit programming, networking events, trade show and hosted meals.
Are there college & university / student discounts?
Yes. Discounted registration rates are available for students, faculty, and representatives of colleges and universities under our Government / Nonprofit / Academic tier. Valid student or institutional credentials may be required at check-in. We’re committed to making the Native Finance Summit accessible for the next generation of Indigenous and allied leaders in finance, policy, and economic development.
What is the maximum exhibit booth staff I can have?
Exhibitors who require a third person for their exhibit booth may purchase one additional exhibit booth registration for an additional $350.00. Please contact events@nativefinance.org to remit payment for a third booth attendee. No Booth/Exhibit is to exceed more than three (3) exhibit booth attendees.
Exhibit booth attendees may upgrade to full conference registration at the cost of $600 per exhibit booth attendee, during the registration process, in order to participate in all aspects of the Native Finance Summit including meals. Please contact events@nativefinance.org for any additional questions.

Important Additional Information
- TheHard Rock Hotel & Casino offers complimentary airport shuttle service. Please call 918-384-7800 to make arrangements.
- Hotel Check-in: 4:30 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM. Early check-in/late check-out is not guaranteed.
- Outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted. Alcohol must be purchased at the Hard Rock.
- Guests can only access their assigned floor. Visitors must be met in the lobby or given a room key by the guest.
- Lost keys can only be replaced for the guest listed on the reservation. Add others as accompanying guests for access.
- Guests must be at least 21 years old to check into a hotel room.

What is the dress code for the Native Finance Summit?
Business or business casual attire is recommended for all daytime sessions and networking events. We also welcome Tribal attendees to wear traditionally expressive accessories or culturally significant dress during the Summit, especially for receptions or special gatherings. Please dress comfortably, professionally, and in a way that reflects your personal and cultural expression.
