NAFSA Terms of Service

Effective Date: July 1, 2025

The Native American Financial Services Association (“NAFSA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a 501(c)(6) nonprofit trade association. By accessing or using the website located at https://nativefinance.org (“Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use this Site.

1. Website Services

NAFSA provides this Site for the following purposes:

  • General public information and organizational updates
  • Online registration for NAFSA-sponsored events, including the Native Finance Summit
  • Membership applications and dues payments for organizations, companies, and tribal entities
  • Management of user accounts and payment details, including recurring billing options

2. Membership Applications and Recurring Payments

When you apply for membership through this Site, you agree that:

  • Membership is subject to NAFSA’s review and approval.
  • Upon approval, your payment method will be charged for the selected membership dues.
  • Your membership will automatically renew each year on your anniversary date, and your card will be charged the applicable renewal rate unless you cancel in writing at least 30 days prior to renewal.
  • You authorize NAFSA and its third-party payment processor to securely store and process your payment information for this purpose.

NAFSA reserves the right to adjust membership rates with notice before the next renewal cycle.

3. Event Registration, Exhibitor, and Sponsorship Purchases

You may register through the Site for NAFSA-hosted events, including the Native Finance Summit. By doing so, you agree to:

  • Pay the full registration, exhibitor, or sponsorship fee as posted at the time of registration.
  • Submit payment through our secure third-party payment processor.
  • Acknowledge that space for exhibitors and sponsorships is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing by deadlines posted on the event registration page.
  • No refunds are guaranteed after that deadline unless approved by NAFSA at its sole discretion.
  • Registrations are non-transferable unless approved in writing.
  • NAFSA reserves the right to modify or cancel events and will offer substitutions, credits, or refunds if appropriate.

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

If you create an account on our Site, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Providing accurate, complete information
  • Updating any changes to your contact or payment information

You may not use the Site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

5. Use License

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Site and materials for personal, non-commercial purposes. Under this license, you may not:
